5. TOILET INSTALL/ RE-SET TOILET
LABOR RATE to Remove the existing toilet. Install Toilet supplied by the customer- Existing or new. Install of Toilet including new shut off valve, water supply tube, wax ring seal and bolts. Caulking seal around the base of the toilet. This applies to a toilet that is leaking at the base and needs to be re-set with a new wax seal. It also includes the disposal of old toilet.
